About Nicholai Joaquin
Nicholai Joaquin is an arts/entertainment producer based in New York, NY. He has developed 175+ events to date, including charity benefits that have collectively raised $12M on behalf of arts education.
His work has also supported non-profit institutions including The New York Pops, Carnegie Hall, Ronald McDonald House New York, Lauri Strauss Leukemia Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association, Simon Wiesenthal Center, and the Young People’s Chorus of New York City.

Nicholai’s parents immigrated to the United States from Luzon, the main island of the Philippines. He was born and raised on O‘ahu, the main island of Hawai‘i. He received a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance with a Double Major in Anthropology from New York University in Manhattan. He considers it a privilege to have connections to the three greatest islands in the world.
When he’s not attending a live performance, Nicholai explores interests including Beyoncé choreography classes, Disney trivia, and awards season forecasts. His fantasy dinner party guests are Margaret Cho, America Ferrera, Hasan Minhaj, Janet Mock, and Taika Waititi.
